Is Moncept Cedia a retailer?
Moncept Cedia operates as a marketplace connecting customers with independent third-party sellers and brands. Individual products may therefore be sold and fulfilled by the relevant seller. The product page and checkout process will identify the applicable seller and provide relevant information.

How do I place an order?
Select the product you want, choose the appropriate size/variation and add it to your basket. Follow the checkout process to enter your delivery and payment information. You'll receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully placed.
Can I buy products from different brands in the same order?
Where an order contains products from multiple sellers, items may be dispatched separately and may arrive at different times.
How can I track my order?
Once your seller has dispatched your order, tracking information will be provided where tracking is available.
Are products authentic?
All sellers must go through our application and verification process. Sellers are responsible for ensuring that products listed on the platform are authentic and accurately described. Moncept Cedia reserves the right to remove products or sellers where authenticity or compliance concerns arise.

Our marketplace currently focuses on: clothing and accessories, with footwear planned as the marketplace expands. Products must comply with our seller standards and applicable laws.
How much does Moncept Cedia charge?
Our marketplace operates on a commission model. Current standard commission: [10-12%]. Your individual seller agreement will confirm the commission applicable to your account.
Do I need my own website?
No. You can sell through your Moncept Cedia storefront once approved.
Who fulfils orders?
Our initial marketplace model is intended to allow sellers to fulfil their own orders. Sellers will be responsible for dispatching products within the agreed timeframe and providing tracking information where applicable.
